This is Tall Poppy Mgmt, a leading Australian based talent and marketing agency, championing diverse creators.
We work with diverse creators that deserve to be seen (think queer, neurodivergent, non-binary, disabled, POC creators and beyond). We go beyond parterships, securing media and event opportunities that get you noticed.
We are here for creators unapologetically breaking all the norms and carving their own path, matching them with brands refusing to settle for surface level inclusion and diversity.
The name Tall Poppy Mgmt comes from the concept of Tall Poppy Syndrome, prevalent in Australia. Instead of cutting you down while you’re blooming, we nurture and water you so you reach your potential. We empower to grow without limits. All because we’re on a mission to shake up the industry and make sure representation isn’t just a buzzword - it’s the standard.

About our founder
Our founder Mikaela, is an influencer marketing expert, artist manager, and marketing coordinator with over 10 years of experience.
She is the force behind Tall Poppy Mgmt’s mission to rewrite the rules of representation. Mikaela’s work speaks volumes, as she was named AIMCO’s Influencer Marketing Trailblazer of the Year (2022), nominated for Inclusive Employer of the Year at the Euphoria Social’s LGBTQIAPN+ People’s Choice Awards (2024), and more recently, crowned Banyule’s Young Business Achiever of the Year (2025).
She has worked with brands like Rollie, Snackdrawer,Tixel and Anaka & Co to grow audiences, boost sales, and build loyal communities that last beyond the campaign.
